We had the "best birthday party ever!!!" according to the birthday girl. Kickball is an amazing equalizer. A few box mix birthday cupcakes, a little store bought pizza, 1,000 drinks and a major connection hook up and you have yourself a very fun birthday party.
The thing I took away from it all is that in our world of over scheduled kids, there is little actual "play". I kept hearing..."this is so fun!" over and over. My daughter kept saying how fun it was that they could "could just hang out".
I am thrilled she had such a great time. I am glad they all did.
