I am in a book lull...
I have read a few fluff books lately and need a good one I can sink my teeth into.
Something high brow, maybe a classic.
This summer I read The Great Gatsby again. The fire was lit.
Now I need something else to follow the funny books I have been reading...my Tina Fey (Bossy Pants) and Mindy Kaling ( Is Everyone Hanging Out Without Me?). Both were really well written, funny, insightful books about and by..smart and very funny women.
Book People, send me some ideas.

Love both of those but you have to finally ready A Prayer for Owen Meany, John Irving. It's a modern classic if that makes the cut. My very favorite of all time, I have three copies right now so I can give it to people instead of loaning the book!
