I really love that I can sit while I wait for my kids and mindlessly pin items to my boards.
Sorta like shopping without spending money!
My husband makes fun of me for "always" being on the site.
However, he is not complaining about all the recipes I have been trying that I have found on Pinterest.
Women of the internet have excellent taste...and are amazing food photographers.
We try not eat out very often as it is really expensive with two kids who don't eat off the kid's menu anymore. I miss those kid menu days...they meant I could get a glass of wine!
Now, it costs us a minimum of $50 for us to eat out, even at a mid priced restaurant.
OUCH!
OUCH!
So, instead, I cook at home. We eat well, it's much cheaper and a lot healthier.
And sometimes really challenging for someone who likes to eat AND hates leftovers.
(really, they sort of freak me out).

We have had all kinds of lovely things to eat since I started Pinteresting (yes it is a verb, and yes it is used often). From baked eggs in avocados to soup to baked spaghetti squash lasagna, there have been many recipes tried. This week, I am cooking as many Pinterest found recipes as I can, starting with this recipe tonight.
I will report next week how they all went.
Are you "cooking from Pinterest"? If so, share!
